UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
