UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Orchard Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
