UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
