UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Baltimore caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
