UX Designer - mobile flows (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
