UX Designer - mobile flows (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
