UX Designer - mobile flows (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Timber Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
