UX Designer - mobile flows (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Atlanta serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
