UX Designer - mobile flows (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Amber Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
