UX Designer - mobile flows (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
