UX Designer - mobile flows (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Anchorage, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
