UX Designer - mobile flows (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
