UX Designer - mobile flows (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Fox Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
