UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
