UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
