UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Albuquerque, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
