UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Clear Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
