UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Albuquerque. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
