UX Designer - mobile flows (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Timber Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
