UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
