UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Oak Banking Services Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
