UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

Bright Wilder Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
