UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
