UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

Bright Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
