UX Designer - design systems (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Wichita. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
