UX Designer - design systems (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Virginia Beach serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
