UX Designer - design systems (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
