UX Designer - design systems (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Haven Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Tulsa, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
