UX Designer - design systems (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group is an insurance company in Tucson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
