UX Designer - design systems (Toledo, OH)

Bright Fox Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
