UX Designer - design systems (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Tampa. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
