UX Designer - design systems (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
