UX Designer - design systems (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in St. Louis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
