UX Designer - design systems (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
