UX Designer - design systems (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Field Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
