UX Designer - design systems (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
