UX Designer - design systems (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Spokane with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
