UX Designer - design systems (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Savannah producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
