UX Designer - design systems (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
