UX Designer - design systems (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Antonio, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
