UX Designer - design systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Sable Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Salt Lake City serving local and national clients. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
