UX Designer - design systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vale Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
