UX Designer - design systems (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
