UX Designer - design systems (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
