UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
