UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Silverline North Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Houston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
