UX Designer - design systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
