UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Lumen Wilder Markets is a Reno retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
