UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Medical Group is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
