UX Designer - design systems (remote)

Clearpath Vista Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 588 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
